Maria Petroutsou was born in 1985 in Alexandroupolis and grew up in Athens. She studied Management and Business Administration during 2003-2007 at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki.
She took her first painting lessons in Kostas Argyris studio of drawing, painting and sculpture.
She was admitted to the Athens School of Fine Arts in 2013 where she studied Painting. She also attended the ceramics section as well as the fresco and techniques of portable icons. She graduated in 2018 with excellence from the Z’ painting studio with professor Aristotelis Tzakos.
